FIELD: thermal power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of thermal power engineering, namely, to devices for thermal utilization of an aqueous solution of toxic substances, for example, methanol by burning its aqueous solution. The device for thermal disposal of an aqueous solution of toxic substances (for example, methanol) contains a cylindrical body made of steel, inside which an external cylinder is installed coaxially with it, at one end of which, on the inside, there is a cylindrical collar, in which transverse rectangular grooves are made, and at its other end there are holes for supplying liquid fuel. Inside the outer cylinder there is an inner cylinder mounted coaxially with the outer cylinder and having holes for air supply at one end, and at the other end, on its outer side, a cylindrical collar made in the form of a screw with rectangular grooves, while the collars of both cylinders: one the shoulder is with augers, and the other is with transverse grooves. These two flanges, when articulated, form an emulsion nozzle with intersecting rectangular grooves. The device also contains a screw nozzle coaxially mounted inside the inner cylinder. At the same time, a channel for supplying an aqueous solution of toxic substances is made coaxially inside it at one of its ends, which is connected through a series of holes with an annular groove formed between the inner cylinder and the screw nozzle, and at its other end there is a swirling chamber. A cylindrical insert is installed between the inner and outer cylinders, as a result, an annular channel for air passage and an annular channel for fuel supply are formed. In this case, the cylindrical insert is coaxially installed with the outer cylinder and centered with the help of pylons. The cylindrical insert forms with the outer cylinder a channel for the passage of liquid fuel. At the same time, an annular slot is formed between the end face of the cylindrical insert and the cylindrical shoulder of the outer cylinder for the passage of liquid fuel, and holes are made at the other end of the cylindrical insert for air supply to the annular channel formed between the cylindrical insert and the inner cylinder. The liquid fuel supply manifold and the air supply manifold are coaxially mounted on the outer side of the housing.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to utilize molecules of a toxic substance (methanol), which improves the ecological situation in the natural environment.
