SUBSTANCE: invention is related to installations for thermal utilization of an aqueous solution of toxic substances by burning in a furnace. Installation for thermal disposal of an aqueous solution of toxic substances includes a body mounted on a foundation, a pipe for removing exhaust gases, a grate, a combustion chamber installed inside the body with a gap and coaxially with the body, a steel sheet partition installed inside the combustion chamber in its upper part parallel to the grate and dividing the combustion chamber into two parts, a device for supplying a combustible fuel mixture and an aqueous solution of toxic substances, one end of which passes into the combustion chamber, is installed horizontally at the end of the furnace body outside from the side where the exhaust gas removal pipe is located. The device for supplying a combustible fuel mixture and an aqueous solution of toxic substances has a cylindrical body, inside which an external cylinder is installed coaxially with it. Inside the outer cylinder there is an inner cylinder mounted coaxially with the outer cylinder and having holes at one end for air supply, and at the other end on its outer side there is a cylindrical collar made in form of a screw with rectangular grooves, the direction of which is opposite to the direction of the screw of the outer cylinder, an auger nozzle coaxially mounted inside the inner cylinder, a cylindrical insert and a manifold for supplying liquid fuel and a manifold for air supply, coaxially mounted on the outside of the housing. Inside the auger nozzle, at its one end, there is a coaxial channel for supplying an aqueous solution of toxic substances, which is connected through a series of holes with an annular groove formed between the inner cylinder and the auger nozzle, and at its other end - a vortex chamber. At the same time, an annular slot is formed between the end face of the cylindrical insert and the cylindrical shoulder of the outer cylinder for the passage of liquid fuel, and holes are made at the other end of the cylindrical insert for air supply to the annular channel formed between the cylindrical insert and the inner cylinder.

EFFECT: decomposition of a toxic liquid into harmless substances due to the use of a furnace burner.
