FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to therapy, and can be used in the treatment of chronic arterial insufficiency of the lower extremities. To do this, periodic pneumatic compression (PPC) courses are conducted in combination with taking the drug rivaroxaban, as well as PPC courses in combination with neuromyoelectric stimulation (NMES). At the same time, the duration of the PPC session is 1 hour with a course of 2 months. PPC sessions, including in combination with NMES, are carried out using a device for the treatment of chronic arterial insufficiency of the lower extremities, containing multi-section cuffs and a central microcontroller to which a personal computer is connected. Also, an electric air pump, a memory module, and a two-line liquid crystal indicator are connected to the corresponding outputs of the central microcontroller. The device contains microcontrollers according to the number of cuff sections that are connected to a central microcontroller, while a pressure sensor, a pressure pump valve and a pressure relief valve in the cuff section are connected to each microcontroller. An electric muscle stimulator is connected via a Bluetooth module, to which the electrodes are connected.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of treatment of patients with chronic arterial insufficiency of the lower extremities by normalizing the state of the microcirculatory bed and venous blood flow, reducing the degree of endothelial dysfunction and increasing collateral blood flow in the limb by conducting a course of periodic pneumatic compression (PPC) in combination with taking the drug rivaroxaban, as well as conducting a course of PPC in combination with NMES, improving rheological properties of blood and reduction of its thrombogenic potential.
