SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used in the treatment of postoperative purulent complications of diabetes mellitus and in extensive ulcers caused by venous insufficiency. A biodegradable wound healing film of prolonged action is made on the basis of a mixture of aqueous solutions of 2% collagen dispersion of fish origin, 2-4% solution of low-esterified pectins and 0.05-0.1% solution of a proteolytic enzyme (trypsin or chymotrypsin) in the following ratio of components, in parts: solution of low esterified pectins - 1; collagen dispersion - 1; trypsin or chymotrypsin solution - 1.

EFFECT: invention provides acceleration of tissue regeneration and reduction of treatment time.
