FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine and pharmaceuticals, namely to a biodegradable protein-polysaccharide film with an immobilized enzyme trypsin for use as a wound coating, including chitosan, an aqueous gelatin solution, a plasticizer: glycerin, transglutaminase cross-linked with an aqueous solution of the enzyme, characterized in that it contains an aqueous solution of chitosan obtained by dissolving 0.7 g of chitosan in 36 ml of water, and the mass ratio gelatin: water is 1:5, and the mass ratio of the enzyme transglutaminase: water is 1:1 or 1:5 and the film additionally contains an immobilized enzyme: trypsin as a biologically active compound, with the following component ratio, wt. %: an aqueous solution of chitosan 35; an aqueous solution of gelatin 45; glycerin 3; an aqueous solution of the enzyme transglutaminase 16; trypsin 1.
EFFECT: obtaining a homogeneous biodegradable protein-polysaccharide film based on chitosan, gelatin, glycerin and an immobilized enzyme with appropriate enzymatic activity.
