FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to a method for obtaining a wound healing gel containing trypsin for external use, which consists in mixing a 16.6% aqueous solution of gelatin heated at a temperature of 60°C, a 2% aqueous solution of sodium alginate, heated at a temperature of 80°C, after cooling to a temperature of 30°C with constant stirring, a 16.6% aqueous solution of the transglutaminase enzyme, glycerin, trypsin and fusidine is added, a gel-forming mixture is obtained, in the following ratio of components, wt.%: water gelatin solution 30.5 - 32.5, aqueous solution of sodium alginate 32.5 - 34.5, aqueous solution of transglutaminase enzyme 30.5 - 32.5, glycerin 0.9 - 1.1, trypsin 1.0 - 1, 3, fusidine 0.1 - 0.2.
EFFECT: invention provides acceleration of the healing process of skin wounds due to the hemostatic, wound healing and antiseptic action of the wound healing gel, which occurs without scarring, as well as low adhesion to the wound, reducing the time of tissue regeneration, while not causing pain when removed and easily washed off with warm water.
