FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to cast set (300) of anti-noise inserts. The set contains two anti-noise inserts (302, 304), each of which has rod (332, 334) with cord or cable (306) passing between rods for connection of anti-noise inserts to each other. The cord may be cast as a single whole with anti-noise inserts and pass sideways from the rod of each anti-noise insert. Sides of the cord can be connected, forming essentially flat cord body (72), and can be defined with grooves made in the cord body. The specified set may contain container (308) for storage of anti-noise inserts, cast as a single whole and containing two cap elements (314, 316) separated from each other with hinge (322). Gripping element (310) cast as a single whole may be provided for blocking of cap elements in a closed position in such a way that they rest against each other. The set may contain brittle jumpers (342) connecting anti-noise inserts to the cord body. Each anti-noise insert may contain a grip containing a set of recesses.
