FIELD: composite materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heat-protective materials, specifically to a method for the production of carbon-carbon material resistant to oxidation and erosion under the action of high temperatures and pressures, based on the assembly of a rod frame of high-modular carbon fiber fixed with an aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol and subsequent saturation of the frame with a hydrocarbon matrix. The method is characterized in that the frame, after assembly, before saturation with the hydrocarbon matrix, is placed in water heated to a temperature of 60-70°C and kept until the frame loses its rigidity, and it is deformed so that its shape is maximally close to a shape of a future product, and reinforcing fiber families are combined in their direction with directions of action of main stresses in a product structure.

EFFECT: development of a method for the production of CCCM workpiece resistant to oxidation and erosion destruction under the action of high temperatures and pressures of high-modular fibers, close in its geometrical shape to a shape of a product made of these workpieces.
