METHOD FOR THE PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF PATHOLOGICAL CHANGES IN THE DENTOALVEOLAR SYSTEM IN PERIODONTAL DISEASE Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC A61M35/00 A61K8/00 A61Q11/00 A61P1/02

Abstract RU 2789465 C1

FIELD: dentistry, medical microbiology, infectology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of dentistry, medical microbiology, infectology and can be used to assess the possibility of using the nanostructured drug Sky-Force for the prevention and treatment of periodontal disease and the destruction of the osteo-dental complex. For 2 weeks, daily in the morning and evening, the patient rinses the gums and oral cavity with a solution of Skyforce: 10-12 mg of the drug in 50 ml of boiled water for 5-8 minutes, after which the solution is swallowed. Treatment by rinsing the patient's mouth with a solution of Skyforce at the same dosage, the patient continues for two months. Subsequently, rinsing the oral cavity with a solution of Sky-Force at the same dosage continues once a week for six months. Consolidation of the positive effect of treatment of periodontal disease in order to prevent a possible recurrence of the disease, especially in older patients, is carried out in the form of weekly rinsing with a solution of Sky-Force of the oral cavity for 4-6 months. Another option for the treatment of periodontal disease is the use of Sky-Force in the form of a supplement of the drug (100 mcg) to toothpaste on the bristles of a toothbrush when brushing teeth.

EFFECT: effectiveness of the Sky-Force drug increases due to increased adhesiveness and focusing of the drug, penetrating deep into the gums and activating metabolic processes in tissues, as well as increasing local immunity and colonization resistance of the oral mucosa, preventing the formation of tartar and the development of dental caries.
