FIELD: medicine; biology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, biology; it can be used for the preparation of hydrocolloidal mass for pouring the vascular system in morphological studies. The method includes mixing of 15 g of “Helin” mass with 75 ml of distilled water. Then, the mixture is heated in a water bath until full dissolution, the solution is filtered through filtering paper and mixed with 10 ml of ink, a mixture temperature is maintained within +40±2°C, after which the absence of a flake-like suspension in the solution is checked.
EFFECT: use of the invention allows for an increase in the quality of colorful mass for pouring the vascular system and simplification of its preparation.
