METHOD FOR CONTRAST STAINING OF HUMAN EXTRACRANIAL ARTERIES AND VEINS Russian patent published in 2025 - IPC G09B23/28 G09B23/30

Abstract RU 2838814 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to anatomy and topographic anatomy, and can be used for native studying by layered dissection features of path, arrangement and anastomosis of human extracranial arteries and veins normally, in the preparation of visual aids when teaching anatomy and topographic anatomy in educational institutions, as well as in the practical training of cosmetic surgeons, plastic surgeons and maxillofacial surgeons. For this purpose, pouring mass is presented by medium-viscosity ultrasonic gel, which is stained with red and blue art ink for arteries and veins respectively. 200 ml of acoustic gel is mixed with 1 ml of art ink. External carotid artery is cannulated by inserting a tube of an intravenous infusion system into its trunk. Trunk of internal carotid artery is ligatured with cotton sewing threads. Trunk of common carotid artery is also ligated. Facial vein trunk is cannulated. Then prepared mass is alternately introduced into arterial and venous beds by means of 20 ml of medical syringe for injections. Vascular system filling is controlled by corneal and conjunctival arteries staining and simultaneous reverse flow of the liquid mass from the filled veins. That is followed by a layered dissection of facial tissues with separation of filled arteries and veins.

EFFECT: invention provides preparing the native training anatomical preparations of the high-quality arteries and veins ensured by the penetration and contrasting of the small vessels ensured by the fact that the medium-viscosity ultrasonic gel does not deform the lumen and disturbs the vascular path with no gel toxicity.
