SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used as visual aids in teaching anatomy and surgery in educational institutions. The composition of the injection mass of the vascular bed for vasofluorescence in post-mortem studies in animals includes Uranin-A powder — 10 wt.%, gelatin — 5 wt.%, gum turpentine — 85 wt.%. Upon the receipt of the composition, the components are mixed in a water bath for 20–30 minutes at a temperature of 60°C.

EFFECT: creation of a method of manufacturing an injection mass for studying vessels under UV radiation, which has a high occupancy of vessels, up to filling intramural vessels, fine dispersion, easy availability and low cost.
