FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiac surgery and cardiovascular surgery. The first step is suturing and ligation of the proximal descending thoracic aorta at the level of the Botal duct distal to the mouth of the left subclavian artery. The next step is to mobilize the distal end of the descending thoracic aorta by ligating the intercostal arteries and move it to the apex of the heart. After that, aortic valve prosthesis is implanted into the distal end of the thoracic aorta. Then, a hole is formed in the apex of the left ventricle, ensuring an exact comparison of its diameter and the diameter of the left ventricular outflow tract with the aortic valve prosthesis, after which the latter is fixed to the apex of the left ventricle with U-shaped sutures on gaskets.

EFFECT: method provides dissociation of the systemic circulation (SC) and direction of blood flow through the additional outlet from the left ventricle of the heart to the lower parts of the circulatory system, while there is no competitive blood flow in the SC, which, by increasing the LV EF, does not create prerequisites for thrombosis of a new additional outlet tract from LV heart.
