FIELD: oil refining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of oil refining, namely to the development of a catalyst and a method for the isodewaxing of diesel distillates with its use for the production of diesel fuels of Arctic varieties. The catalyst contains a double mixture of high-silica zeolites (medium-porous zeolite ZSM-5 with the structure of pentasyl and broad-porous zeolite faujasite: ultra-stable USY), a hydrogenating transition metal in the form of nickel oxide, a promoter: boron oxide and a binder: aluminum oxide at the following component ratio, wt.%: a mixture of zeolites 50.0-70.0; hydrogenating metal 5.0-10.0; promoter 1.0-4.0; binder up to 100.0. The zeolite mixture includes: ZSM-5 with a modulus of 150-200 in hydrogen form and ultra-stable USY: LaHY zeolite with a modulus of 8-11 (La2O3 content of 5-6, wt.%) with a mass ratio of ZSM-5 : LaHY equal to (3-9): 1. The method for isodewaxing of petroleum raw materials using the aforementioned catalyst is also disclosed, characterized in that the process of isodewaxing of hydrotreated straight-run diesel distillates is carried out at a temperature of 250-350°C, a pressure of 2.0-3.5 MPa, a volumetric feed rate of 2-4 hour-1 and a ratio of H2/raw material equal to 100-1200 nm3/m3.
EFFECT: development of a catalyst for the isodewaxing of diesel distillates that does not contain halogen and is activated at a lower temperature and lower pressure, as well as a method for producing, using this catalyst at a lower temperature and lower pressure, diesel fuels of Arctic brands with lower values of the maximum filterability temperature and turbidity temperature.
