FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil refining, namely, to the development of an isodewaxing catalyst and a method for producing low-solidification diesel fuels of winter and arctic grades using a developed catalyst. Catalyst for isodewaxing of diesel distillates, containing as an acid component a mixture of high-silica zeolites, hydrogenating transition metals – nickel, molybdenum and/or tungsten oxides, copper oxide, boron and/or phosphorus oxide promoter and binder alumina at the following component ratio at loading, % by mass: mixture of zeolites (acid component) – 45.0–70.0; hydrogenating transition metals (in the form of oxides) – 6.5–20.0; copper (in the form of oxide) – 0.3–1.5; promoter – 2.0–4.0; aluminum oxide – up to 100.0; in the process of isodewaxing, the catalyst is used in a sulphide form or a metal form. Process for isodewaxing of diesel distillates at an elevated temperature and pressure in the presence of the catalyst described above is also claimed.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the catalyst activation temperature and energy consumption.
