SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for measuring the levels of interfaces between media in various industries. The fuel canister for transporting fuel contains a capacitive level sensor of the media interface, and the level sensor includes a base and a sensing element. Moreover, the base contains the first part containing a niche with a lid for hermetic placement of an electronic computing unit, and a second part, which has holes for embedded bushings in the center in the region of the first part; on the side surface has holes for fasteners and ventilation holes. Moreover, the sensitive element is a housing for electrodes, which is a metal profile formed by connecting several tubes to each other, containing a stiffening element connecting the tubes of the profile. In this case, each profile tube contains a ventilation hole placed coaxially with the ventilation hole on the side surface of the collar part.

EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the reliability and manufacturability of the design and, as a consequence, an increase in the accuracy of measurements of the level of the interface between media.
