FIELD: measuring technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for measuring the levels of interfaces between media in various industries. The fuel canister for transporting fuel contains a capacitive interface level sensor, which contains a sensitive element, which is a housing for electrodes, which is a metal profile formed by connecting several tubes to each other, containing a stiffening element connecting the adjacent tubes of the profile. In this case, each profile tube contains a ventilation hole placed coaxially with the ventilation hole on the side surface of the collar part. Housing for electrodes contains electrodes rigidly fixed in each of the profile tubes, which are metal tubes with the same linear capacity, but differing in length, and the main electrode is made along the length equal to the length of the body for the electrodes, and each compensation electrode is made along the length less than the length main electrode.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in reliability, manufacturability of the design and an increase in the accuracy of measurements of the level of the interface between media.
