FIELD: communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of creation of artificial interference for violation of operation of information and technical means functioning as part of wireless and wired communication networks. In the method, after implementation of impact, the efficiency of functioning of the information and technical means is assessed, the result of assessment is compared with a set value. If the result of assessment exceeds the set value, a decision is made that the information and technical means is not blocked, and values of impact characteristics are changed. This impact is repeated. If blocking has not occurred with a set number of repeats, then a decision is made on changing impact in accordance with a set criterion.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of impact on information and technical means.
