FIELD: quality control.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to visual control processes, for example examination of products on a production line. The claimed control line system contains a processor connected to a user interface and a camera. Moreover, the processor is made with the possibility of determination, at a control stage, by an image of a controlled product on a control line, whether the controlled product has a defect or not. In this case, the processor of the specified system is made with the possibility of analysis of an image of a product without defect of the same type as the controlled product by comparison of the image of the product without defect with other images of samples of manufactured products without defects, captured with the camera; and generation of a signal based on the specified analysis for provision of instructions to a user via the user interface before the control stage.
EFFECT: simplification of organization of a process of detection of visible defects on a manufactured product.
