SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the computer equipment. Technical result is achieved by receiving health indicators of a user, received by a sensor, receiving a medical alarm signal identifier, intended for presentation to third parties with respect to a user, wherein the medical alarm signal identifier is generated by comparing the data with a threshold value indicating the need for emergency medical care, or obtaining a signal on the presence or absence of data from one sensor, repeating broadcast transmission through the low-power beacon communication interface for establishing a new low-power wireless communication line with nearby reading devices and transmitting, via a low-power wireless link, one of the medical alarm signal identifier, a medical alarm signal availability indicator or medical alarm information, wherein the type of information varies when determining the need for urgent medical attention.
EFFECT: technical result is enabling accurate provision of information on health of user to third parties.
