FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of natural gas production. A method for the transportation of gas well products is claimed, including supply of products of production gas wells to a separator of a modular compressor unit (hereinafter – MCU), sending of a gas flow separated from liquid to MCU screw oil-filled compressor. At the same time, liquid separated in MCU separator is sent for disposal or to an input to a gas pipeline of an in-field gas collection system, the compressed gas flow containing oil is sent to MCU oil separator for its separation. Purified gas is cooled in an air cooling unit (hereinafter – ACU) or MCU heat exchanger, and it is supplied to MCU filter coalescer for oil extraction. The compressed, purified, and cooled gas flow is transported via the gas pipeline of the in-field gas collection system to an input separator of a gas preparation installation. After that, the separated gas flow is compressed and/or prepared for mainline transport on equipment of the gas preparation installation. At the same time, methanol is supplied to gas wells and/or to the input of the gas pipeline of the gas collection system. Liquid separated in the input separator of the gas preparation installation is regenerated on a methanol regeneration installation or disposed of, depending on a methanol content in it. At the input to the gas pipeline of the in-field collection system, a three-way crane is installed, providing the start of a purifying piston, and, at its output, a three-way crane is installed, providing the reception of the purifying piston. By changing an operating mode of ABO or MCU heat exchanger, such a gas temperature in the input separator of the gas preparation installation is set, which simultaneously eliminates freezing of a water-methanol solution (hereinafter – WMS) being in the gas pipeline of the collection system and the input separator of the gas preparation installation, reduces a load on systems for gas preparation for mainline transport, methanol regeneration, and reduces irretrievable losses of methanol with gas compressed and prepared for mainline transport. Supply of methanol to gas wells and/or to the input of the gas pipeline of the gas collection system is carried out in amount eliminating freezing of WMS being in the gas pipeline of the collection system and the input separator of the gas preparation installation. At the same time, the required WMS concentration achieved through supply of methanol is determined in accordance with the actual flow temperature achieved at the input to input separators of the gas preparation installation.
EFFECT: provision of stable operation of gas pipelines of a gas collection system with reduction in pressure losses along a pipeline route, while reducing a load on systems for gas preparation for mainline transport and methanol regeneration.
