FIELD: clamping devices.
SUBSTANCE: clamping device contains a tape (10) sealing ring (22) installed in the annular recess (11) of the belt, and two clamping legs (12A, 12B) supported by the ends (10A, 10B) of the tape. Recess edges (11) form clamping steps for sealing ring edges which substantially spans the entire width of the recess. The ends (10A, 10B) of the tape have a sealing structure that includes side projections (28A, 28B) formed at the second end and extending across the width of the tape from one edge of the tape to the recess (11), so each side projection contains a part of one of the clamping steps.
EFFECT: secure fit and ease of use of the device.
