SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technology for the thermal treatment of liquid industrial waste, which is an aqueous solution. The device comprises a transport frame, a heat-insulated housing, the first and second lockable doors, a fireproof gas-tight partition, a cut-off valve, gas sensors, an evaporator furnace, an explosive safety valve, a vibration-isolating platform, a neutralized liquid supply pipe, shut-off valves for the neutralized liquid supply, reduction gears, shut-off valves for fuel gas supply, automatic gas burners, air ducts, first and second pressure pumps, instrumentation cabinet, security and fire alarms.
EFFECT: improving the safety, reliability and efficiency of thermal treatment of liquid combustible and non-combustible industrial waste.
