FIELD: testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing equipment and can be used in testing an object and its elements for simultaneous, complex exposure to high-temperature loads in conditions of full protection of the testing equipment. The insert consists of coaxially placed inlet and outlet flanges with central holes for air passage, with connecting threads at opposite connecting ends, a dielectric element in the form of a cylindrical sleeve coaxially located between the flanges, made of a material resistant to temperatures up to 1000°C, gaskets made of dielectric material resistant to the specified temperatures. The material of the metal elements clamping the flanges has a coefficient of linear expansion equal to the coefficient of linear expansion of the flange material, between the metal elements clamping the flanges and the flanges there are gaskets made of dielectric material. On the flanges, by means of metal elements clamping them, air-cooling compartments can be fixed, the material of which has a coefficient of linear expansion equal to the coefficient of linear expansion of the material.
EFFECT: invention provides simultaneous supply of the required volume of air to the test object with specified parameters of temperature, pressure, flow rate, as well as protection of equipment from energized parts of pipelines.
