FIELD: cargo transportation.
SUBSTANCE: on one of the variants helicopter external suspension 1 for large-size cargo 12 contains upper lock 2, to which sling swivel 4 and central rope 3 are consistently connected by means of adaptor links 16. The suspension also includes a beam 8 with cargo holders 9 installed on the beam in cargo suspension locations and electric cable (not shown) powering cargo holders 9 extended from the helicopter cabin 1 via sling swivel 4 along the central rope 3 and along one of the cargo ropes 6 or 7 to the beam 8. The beam 8 is designed with rear section 10 and vertical tail 11. Two load ropes of equal length, front rope 6 and rear rope 7, are used in the suspension. The rear cargo rope 7 is equipped with a rope insertion 15. The cargo ropes 6 and 7 are fixed by one end to the bracket 5 fixed to the end of the central rope 3 and the other end of the front rope 6 is fixed to the beam 8 by the front bracket 13 and the rear rope 7 is fixed to one end of the rope insertion 15. The other end of the rope insertion 15 is attached to the beam 8 via the rear bracket 14 installed thereon. The rope insertion length is calculated via a mathematical formula.
EFFECT: invention provides a large-size cargo longitudinal axis position when flying with the helicopter external suspension before dropping, as well as to provide the cargo separation from the beam without applying force to the beam body.
