FIELD: fire-fighting equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment used in fire extinguishing using helicopters. Water spillway device consists of soft container, belt sling (6) and control device. Soft container includes bowl (12) and removable insert (10). Control device includes control mechanism (7), control panel and electric bundles. Control mechanism (7) consists of a housing, a drum with a safety ball coupling, an electric motor with a reduction gear, a ball lock, a spring motor, a metal cable, an electric harness, two adapters and an upper bolt with a nut. Control mechanism is connected to control panel and onboard network of helicopter by means of electric harnesses, one of which is nested to belt sling (6).
