SUBSTANCE: antibodies or antigen-binding fragments, which bind to human CD3 and to cynomolgus monkey CD3, and their use for the treatment or prevention of malignant neoplasm are presented. Polynucleotide containing a nucleotide sequence encoding an amino acid sequence of an antibody or an antigen-binding fragment of an antibody, a vector, and a cell for the production of an antibody, a method for the production of an antibody or its antigen-binding fragment, which binds to human CD3 and cynomolgus monkey CD3, a pharmaceutical composition, and a method for the treatment or prevention of malignant neoplasm are also disclosed.
EFFECT: invention allows for the production of new antibodies or their antigen-binding fragments, which have high affinity to human CD3 and cynomolgus monkey CD3.
