SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. A device for processing human or animal tissue, such as a cornea or lens, contains a device for generating the required parameters of a laser beam generated by a femtosecond laser. The forming device is located at the output of a femtosecond laser and contains an optical scanner and an optical focusing system at the output of an optical scanner. The optical scanner contains: at least one optical mirror rotating around at least one axis to deflect the laser beam. The optical focusing system contains: a concentrating module for focusing the laser beam in the focusing plane. The rotating optical mirror of the optical scanner is located on the optical path of the laser beam between: the front focal plane of the FObjet of the equivalent lens corresponding to the optical focusing system and the inlet of the optical focusing system.
EFFECT: application of this invention will provide a greater dispersion of energy on the retina and, consequently, a smaller increase in temperature.
