SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Laser system for eye surgery comprises an eye-surgical laser apparatus having optical components for providing pulsed focused laser radiation with radiation properties matched to generation of photodisruptions in human eye tissue. Apparatus also includes a control unit for positional control of radiation focus of laser radiation, control unit being designed for executing various control programs that represent various types of incision figure. System is equipped with a set of contact devices, each of which contains a contacting body, transparent for laser radiation and having a contact surface for contact with the processed eye, as well as mating section for detachable connection of contact device to mating response section of laser instrument. Contact devices of the set differ from each other by different optical effects on laser radiation generated in the laser instrument, and depending on the installed contact device of the said set, a different diameter of the focal spot is obtained, interval of laser radiation focus penetration in at least one of x-direction, y-direction and z-direction without changing adjustment of optical components.

EFFECT: use of this group of inventions improves cut quality.
