FIELD: construction materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction material and can be used for production of thermal wood concrete blocks, slabs or in the form of commercial thermal wood concrete, intended for construction of walls, partitions and dry screeds. Method of producing universal thermal wood concrete includes grinding wood raw material to obtain coarse wood aggregate, drying and thermal modification, soaking aggregate from thermally modified wood in pure industrial water for at least 30 minutes. Further, the soaked coarse aggregate is batched in the form of said crushed thermally modified wood, Portland cement M500, fine aggregate – sand, their mixing with obtaining of thermal wood concrete mixture immediately after the specified soaking. Obtained thermal wood concrete mixture is formed by vibrocompression with subsequent curing in natural conditions. At the same time preparation of thermal wood concrete mixture is carried out at the following ratio of components, vol.%: Portland cement M500 13, fine aggregate – sand 26, coarse aggregate in form of said ground thermally modified wood 61.

EFFECT: optimization of operational properties of thermal wood concrete and articles made from it, increase of strength, frost resistance, heat-shielding and sound-insulating properties.
