FIELD: foundry production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry production, in particular to compositions of non-stick coatings for casting molds and cores in the production of cast iron castings. Non-stick coating for molds and cores in the production of cast iron castings contains, wt.%: cryptocrystalline graphite 40-50, bentonite 2.0-3.0, aluminochromophosphate binder 7.0-8.0, diformamide ammonium tetraborate of the chemical formula (NH4)2B4O7⋅2HCONH2⋅4H2O 4-6, water the rest.
EFFECT: improved technological and operational characteristics of non-stick coating for casting molds and cores in the production of cast iron castings.
