FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction of complexes as part of an optically opaque partition between space A and space B, and a surveillance and/or video surveillance and/or video recording device that allows viewing space A from space B. The claimed complex of a partition and a surveillance device contains a partition (1) with a bolted connection of at least two of its layers - (2 and 3), respectively, between space A for the observer and space B for the object of observation. The specified bolted connection includes a plurality of bolts (4), as a rule, distributed along the periphery of the layer of a smaller area (in the case of layers with unequal area, while in the case of their equal area along the periphery of both). The power screed of layers (2 and 3) is provided either by an internal thread in layer (3) from the side of space B, or by a nut from the side of space A (to avoid unauthorized unscrewing from the side of space B). A through hole (5) is made in the partition (1) for mounting a monitoring device (6). The observation device (6) includes coaxial optical elements, including an eyepiece (7), an objective (8) and intermediate lenses (9), built into a cylindrical metal body (10) with an external thread (11) at one end (in the drawings - on the left) and with a face thrust head (12) at the other end. The head (12) is made with a device (13) of a tool coupler. A lock (14) against rotation of the housing (10) and an axial lock (15) of the housing (10) are provided. The retainer (15) is provided with an internal thread (16) that is mated to the external thread (11). The body of the observation device (6) is made in the form of a bolt with a cut (mainly hexagonal) of the end stop head (12) for a wrench as a device (13) of the tool coupler of the "bolt-shaped" body (10) with a partition (1.) Mating internal thread (16) is made in the hole (5) at least in the outermost layer (3) of the partition (1) from the side of space B, with the possibility of the partition (1) performing the additional function of the axial lock of the body (10), and the observation device (6) - additional the function of screeding the layers of the partition (2 and 3), moreover, with a tool (wrench) of the same size.

EFFECT: expansion of functionality, namely, enabling the partition to perform the additional function of the axial lock of the body, and the observation device - the additional function of the screed of the layers of the partition, with the same tool of the same size.
