SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction of metal structures from cold-formed galvanized metal profiles. A method for assembling a metal product in the form of a door, window or panel from U-shaped profiles with a shelf, legs and edges, made by profiling cold-rolled metals, including those with a polymer coating, and filling material, in which an internal frame is first created from prepared parts of the U-shaped profile, then filling materials are placed on it on one or both sides, after which all parts of the inner frame, together with the filling material, are tightly covered by an outer frame consisting of prepared parts of the U-shaped profile so that the legs of the U-shaped profile of the outer frame are directed towards legs of the U-shaped profile of the inner frame. In this case, the outer surfaces of the shelves of the U-shaped profiles form the peripheral surface of the outer frame and the end surface of the inner frame, after which the assembled is fastened with self-tapping screws.

EFFECT: achieving rigidity and strength of the product, achieving high geometric accuracy, reliability of fixing the filling material without fasteners, eliminating corrosion, reducing the weight of the product, metal saving, increasing durability and improving performance.
