SUBSTANCE: measuring the flow of exhaust hot gases. A high-temperature ultrasonic transceiver contains a transducer, including a membrane and a cylindrical membrane housing, mechanically connected, a sensitive piezoelectric unit in the cylindrical housing of the sensitive unit, including at least one axisymmetric piezoelectric element with a receiving and emitting surface directed towards the membrane, and a transition element connecting a mechanically sensitive axisymmetric piezoelectric element with a membrane, while the transition element is an axisymmetric acoustic waveguide, the sensitive piezoelectric assembly in a cylindrical housing is moved outside the membrane body by means of a transition element at a distance between the receiving surface of the piezoelectric element and the membrane, a multiple of a quarter of the ultrasonic length waves in the material of the transition element at the operating frequency of the transceiver, and the cylindrical body of the sensitive piezoelectric assembly mechanically connected to the transition element, at least in one connecting node.
EFFECT: increasing the operating temperature of the transceiver's transducer; introducing additional sensitive elements; installing transceivers normally to the wall of the outlet pipe; installing a pair of transceivers in one process hole in the pipe wall.
