FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: histochemical method for detecting proteins based on Coomassie solution is described. The method includes the steps of preparing a buffer solution, Coomassie solution, preparation of histological preparations and staining of histological preparations. The buffer solutions used in the claimed method have pH 2.2, pH 4.0, pH 8.0 and are used alternately.
EFFECT: effect of the invention is to evaluate the effectiveness of anthelmintic drugs by identifying acidic proteins as the most indicative in similar studies. The invention expands the arsenal of histochemical methods for protein detection.
