FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to immunohistochemistry, and enables detecting endothelial cells on histological preparations. That is ensured by fixing the preparation, followed by a dehydration, paraffin preparation, preparation of histological sections, applying them on adhesive slides, dewaxing in xylene, conducting on alcohols of lower concentration, washing in distilled water, thermal disassembly in citrate buffer (pH=6.1), repeated washing with distilled water, exposure in 0.01 M phosphate-salt buffer (pH=7.4), exposure of preparations with a blocking solution. After the exposure of the histological preparations with the blocking solution, it is drained and, without washing the preparations, mixture is applied on them, prepared from equal amounts of Willebrand factor antibody solution in dilution 1:100, conjugated with fluorescent dye FITC and solution of fluorescent nuclear dye 7-aminoactinomycin D in dilution 1:50. After that, the preparations are placed in a moist chamber and incubated in a thermostat at temperature of 27 °C for 48 hours. Then the preparations are washed in three shifts of distilled water for 5 minutes in each and enclosed in a water-soluble medium.

EFFECT: invention enables creating a more effective, less expensive and more industrially safe immunohistochemical method of determining von Willebrand factor.
