FIELD: oil; fat industry.
SUBSTANCE: installation for deodorization of vegetable oils by distillation of volatile odorants from them, characterized in that it consists of an oil deodorization reactor 1, an oil heating heat exchanger 2, a pump 3, a vapor-liquid ejector 4 and a reactor 5 for separating odorants extracted from oil from water, while the vapor-liquid the ejector 4 has the following zones: zone 1 - the inlet of steam saturated with extracted odorants from the oil; zone 2 - zone of steam condensation on jets of cold water; zone 3 - a cylindrical section to achieve complete condensation of steam; zone 4 - a conical diffuser designed to reduce the speed of the outflow of water and increase the pressure to atmospheric.
EFFECT: improving the quality of deodorized oil and simplifying process equipment.
