FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method of refining unrefined fat and oil involves: (1) heating cold unrefined fat and oil to bleaching temperature, cooling the hot unrefined fat and oil coming from step (5), as well as pumping cooled refined fat and oil for storage or reheating the cooled refined fat and oil; (2) mixing the heated unrefined fat and oil with phosphoric acid, citric acid or mixtures thereof; (3) adsorption of treated phosphatides, resins and adsorbent impurities under vacuum conditions; (4) removing adsorbents and adsorbed materials via filtration; (5) deairing and heating the bleached fat and oil coming from step (4), as well as cooling hot refined fat and oil coming from step (6); (6) heating and refining fat and oil coming from step (5) to low acidity/deodouration temperature, as well as distillation of distillates of fatty acids, volatile and smelly compounds.
EFFECT: invention improves a continuous method for treating unrefined oil while providing efficient heat recuperation and low operating costs.
