FIELD: fat and oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fat-and-oil industry, namely to equipment for deodorisation of vegetable oils. Experimental unit includes deodorizer with bubbler and heating unit, vacuum system, system of pipelines with shutoff valves and cooling thermostat with recirculating water system. Deodorizer is equipped with temperature and pressure sensors. Deodorant heating unit is formed in the form of a circulating circuit consisting of a series-arranged pump, a heat exchanger, a control valve for changing flow rate and a temperature sensor. Bubbler is connected by a pipeline having a flow meter, a control valve and a temperature sensor through a heat exchanger with a nitrogen generator.
EFFECT: using of invention will allow improving quality of finished products.
