FIELD: heat supply.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises: 1) preparation of iron-containing raw materials, smelting, solid fuel, water and distribution of the prepared mixture of sintered materials on the cart of the sintering machine; 2) ignition of the mixture of sintered materials, which is distributed on the cart of the sintering machine, so that the mixture of sintered materials in the surface layer of the cart of the sintering machine begins to sinter; 3) injection of high-temperature gas on the surface of the material of the mixture sintered materials after ignition, so that the high-temperature gas gives off heat to the mixture of sintered materials in the upper middle layer; 4) injection of combustible gas to the surface of the material of the mixture of sintered materials after heat accumulation and heat supply, so that the combustible gas burns in the layers of the material to supply heat to the mixture of sintered materials in the middle layer; 5) steam injection a mixture of sintered materials is applied to the surface of the material after injection of combustible gas, so that the mixture of sintered materials in the lower layer receives heat due to the heat reserve in the steam.
EFFECT: present invention enables to ensures uniform temperature distribution of the sintered material layers and reduction of solid fuel consumption.
