SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to therapy and urology; it is intended for the treatment or prevention of interstitial cystitis in a human subject who needs it. A method for the treatment or prevention of interstitial cystitis includes administration to a human subject of therapeutically effective amount of N-[2-(6,6-dimethyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1H-indazole-3-yl)-1H-indole-6-yl]-N-methyl-(2S)-2-(morpholine-4-yl)propanamide or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt.
EFFECT: use of the invention provides effective treatment or prevention of interstitial cystitis in a human subject who needs it.
