FIELD: wastewater treatment.

SUBSTANCE: method relates to the treatment of wastewater contaminated with organic and mineral inclusions, and can be used in the treatment of wastewater from livestock and pig farms. The method includes forming a pressed gypsum filter by moistening the gypsum to a moisture content of 5-7%. Next, the moistened gypsum mass is fed into the compartment for forming a pressed gypsum filter, which is limited on the upper and lower sides by moving conveyor belts, and on both sides by guide plates fixed to the lower and upper supports for conveyor belts. Liquid waste from the pig farm, after preliminary cleaning from large fractions, is fed into the internal cavity of the upper support for the upper conveyor belt. From there, they enter the specified compartment onto a compressed gypsum filter moving in the form of a continuous tape. As a result, an organic-mineral mixture and purified water are obtained. Purified water enters the internal cavity of the lower support for the lower conveyor belt, then into the outlet pipe for draining water. To create a gypsum filter, gypsum-containing chemical production waste is used.

EFFECT: efficiency and environmental friendliness of sewage treatment of pig farms, reduction of the total salinity of purified water with the possibility of further processing of the resulting organo-mineral mixture containing an organic component obtained from pig effluents, and a mineral component - from gypsum or gypsum-containing chemical production waste, into organo-mineral fertilizer, as well as the possibility organization of a closed cycle through the use of water obtained after the passage of pig waste through a gypsum filter, after additional disinfection for hydrowashing.
