FIELD: water supply; sewerage.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to processing and recycling sewage sludge, including sludge, to obtain a secondary product in form of organomineral fertiliser. Coarsely dispersed impurities are removed from the sewage sludge, ground and mixed with a mixture of excess active sludge until homogenised state. Obtained mix and quicklime solution are fed to cavitation processing assembly made up of vortex electromagnetic cavitator. Then the decontaminated mixture is supplied to a mechanical dehydration unit, where it is continuously dehydrated till moisture content is no more than 70%, thus obtaining a cake. Cake is supplied to a drying unit, where it is continuously heated and mixed in a screw recuperator. Then the cake is additionally heated, rolled out in layers and subjected to mechanical destruction on the conveyor belt, while pumping water vapours, the heat from which is directed to the heating of the newly supplied cake to the drying unit.
EFFECT: high efficiency of the process of disinfecting and dehydrating the WS and sludge residue, cutting on time for treating the WS while enabling use of the end product as an agrochemical.
