FIELD: semi-aqueous or anhydrous gypsum production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for the production of blocks from semi-aqueous or anhydrous gypsum by pressing and can be used in construction in the manufacture of gypsum blocks for the construction of buildings and structures. The device comprises a feeding unit, a sealing unit, a conveyor belt that moves along the length of the device, and a sealing tape located above the conveyor belt. At the same time, one of the sides of the feeding unit is made with a slope of 60° to the horizon with the formation of a filling hole located above the lower conveyor belt at a level corresponding to the level of the upper sealing belt. In this case, the distance between the tapes is equal to the thickness of the gypsum block. The bottom conveyor belt is a continuous conveyor in which the belt travels over the top of the bottom support. The top sealing belt is a continuous conveyor in which the belt travels along the bottom of the top support. The sealing assembly contains a primary sealing element and a pusher. In this case, the pusher performs the function of pressing the moistened gypsum mass, is made with the possibility of reciprocating movement along the filling hole of the feed unit from the initial position MIN, corresponding to the end of the side of the feed unit with a slope, to the MAX position, corresponding to the opposite end of the feed unit, located directly near the beginning top sealing tape. Additionally, the device contains guide plates fixed to the lower and upper supports on the sides of the conveyor and sealing belts of the conveyor, which, together with the lower conveyor belt and the upper sealing belt, form a compartment for forming a pressed gypsum tape. The primary sealing element is installed at the beginning of the upper sealing tape under the feed unit with the possibility of compacting the first portion of the gypsum mass with the help of a pusher and removing it at the moment of the return movement of the pusher. In this case, the length of the part of the upper sealing tape in contact with the forming block is less than the length of the part of the lower conveyor belt in contact with the forming block.
EFFECT: simplification of the design, reduction of energy consumption, increase in the speed of production of gypsum blocks.
