FIELD: wastewater treatment devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for the treatment of wastewater contaminated with organic and mineral inclusions, and can be used in the treatment of wastewater from livestock and pig farms. The device contains a feeding unit for supplying gypsum mass with a moisture content of 5-7%, a sealing unit, a lower conveyor belt that moves along the upper part of the lower support, and an upper sealing conveyor belt that moves along the lower part of the upper support. The upper and lower supports are made with an internal cavity. The cavity of the upper support is designed for pig drains entering through the inlet pipe, previously cleared of large fractions. The cavity of the lower support is designed to collect purified water. The guide plates, fixed to the lower and upper supports on the sides of the conveyor belts, together with the lower conveyor belt and the upper sealing belt, form a compartment for the formation of a pressed gypsum filter. One of the sides of the feeding unit is made with a slope of 60° to the horizon and contains a filling hole located above the lower conveyor belt at a level corresponding to the level of the upper sealing conveyor belt. The sealing unit contains a primary sealing element and a pusher, which is made with the possibility of reciprocating movement along the filling hole of the supply unit from the initial position corresponding to the end, made with a slope of the side of the supply unit, to the primary sealing element, which is located at the opposite end of the filling hole of the supply unit, directly near the beginning of the upper sealing tape. The length of the part of the upper sealing belt in contact with the forming filter is less than the length of the part of the lower conveyor belt in contact with the forming gypsum filter for filtering pig waste.

EFFECT: reduction in the total mineralization of water with the possibility of further use of the resulting organomineral mixture containing an organic component obtained from pig waste and a mineral component from gypsum-containing waste, for example, from citrogypsum dihydrate, which is a waste from the production of citric acid, as a fertilizer and the possibility of organizing a closed cycle through the use water, purified in the proposed device, for hydraulic flushing on a pig farm.
