METHOD FOR ALARMING CHIPS IN OIL AND DEVICE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC F16N29/04

Abstract RU 2791174 C1

FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering, namely to devices for signaling the presence of metal particles in the lubrication system of mechanical devices containing parts subject to wear, and allows you to effectively diagnose the beginning of the destruction of these parts with a given reliability, excluding false positives, when chips appear in the oil. The specified effect is achieved by the fact that, according to the invention, the signaling system for chips in oil contains a display "Chips in the signaling device" and "Chips in oil", an electromagnetic signaling device for chips, an automatic control and monitoring unit with a device for analyzing signals coming from an electromagnetic signaling device connected by means of channels for transmitting signals with a display and an electromagnetic chip detector, and the signal analysis device processes an unfixed number of converted signals for the operation of the electromagnetic chip detector in each diagnostic cycle, generates the "Chips in the detector" signal at the first operation of the electromagnetic chip detector and generates the "Chips in oil" signal with a decrease in the reliability of diagnosis below a predetermined level as a result of a sequential analysis of subsequent activations of an electromagnetic chip detector.

EFFECT: implementation of a sequential analysis of an unfixed number of converted signals for the operation of an electromagnetic chip detector in each diagnosing cycle.
