FIELD: physics, communication.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to engineering cybernetics and is aimed at diagnosing communication facility within telecommunication systems (CF TCS). Substance of the invention consists in recognition of structural parametric dependence of output parameters of communication facility on its internal parameters in the form of combined regressive equations. Thereafter internal parameters derived with the most considerable standardised coefficients are separated from derived combined equations system, controlled with following checking and prediction of CF TCS transition to pre-failure situation.

EFFECT: reduction of controlled internal parameters with specified confidence level of reliability of checking multitask hardware with output parameter number exceeding one, as well as enhancement represented by developed prediction of CF TCS pre-failure situation.
