FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing small pelvis organs evisceration. The ileum is mobilized at a distance of 30- 35 cm from the ileocecal angle. The right half of the ileum is mobilized with feeding blood vessels being retained. The mobilized segment is transected, rotated relative to ileocolic artery by 180 deg in counter- clockwise direction. The transplant is brought down into the small pelvis. Intestine patency is restored with ileotransversoanastomosis. Urine derivation is restored with superimposing the ureteroileoanastomoses onto the isolated segment. Rectum stump is anastomosed with the distal part of the transplant. The free end of the sigmoid intestine is anastomosed with the blind intestine. EFFECT: restored passage of urine and intestine contents. 3 dwg
