SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to rheumatology. To assess the activity of psoriatic arthritis (PsA), a set of indicators is determined: the number of painful points in the places of attachment of tendons - entheses, according to the LEI index; the patient's age; the presence of soreness at the points of attachment of the plantar fascia to the heel bones; fatigue on the FACIT scale; the area of skin lesions with BSA psoriasis; the duration of the course of PsA; the presence of psoriatic lesions of the nail plates; the value of the patient's body mass index. Based on the data obtained, the enthesial complex activity index of PsA (ECAIPSA) is determined according to an individual calculation formula. With a value of ECAIPsA of 28 or more, the presence of a high activity of psoriatic arthritis is determined.

EFFECT: method allows to detect high activity of the disease in patients with a small number of painful and swollen joints.
