SUBSTANCE: clinico-anamnestic and laboratory-instrumental criteria are determined for the diagnosis of psoriatic arthritis and scores are assigned to them. If the patients are over 40 years old, they get 1 point, skin itching - 1 point, nail psoriasis - 1 point, body mass index (BMI) greater than or equal to 25 kg/m² - 1 point, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) greater than or equal to 7 mm/h - 1 point, total cholesterol level over 4.2 mmol/l - 1 point, TNFα cytokine level above 8.1 pg/ml - 1 point, detection of C-597 IL10 genotype - 1 point, hepatomegaly by the results of ultrasound - 1 point. The points obtained are summarized, and with a score of 5 or more, psoriatic arthritis is diagnosed.

EFFECT: method allows to reliably diagnose psoriatic arthritis in patients with psoriasis due to determination of clinico-anamnestic and laboratory-instrumental diagnostic criteria.
